Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing can occasionally take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.
Shipping Area
Grab Rush currently focuses on shipping within the United States. Available delivery methods are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and products in the order.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free when displayed as free at checkout. Estimated standard delivery is generally 7–15 days after processing.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. Tracking may take a few business days to begin showing movement after a label is created.
Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, email contact@grabrush.com as soon as possible. Once fulfillment begins, an address change may not be possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly at contact@grabrush.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
